Our services consist of specialist cleaning of offices, embassies, motor dealerships, shops, showrooms, warehouses, factories and retirement homes. We also provide hygiene services to many of our customers.
Our cleaning and hygiene teams are all trained thoroughly and all jobs are supervised continually. Each contract goes through a series of steps that ensure that you will be satisfied with our work:
1. Initial Consultation
This step is essential to establish the client's specific cleaning requirements and expectations and includes an interview, needs analysis, job specifications and general pre-project consulting.
2. Job Description
Job descriptions and service level agreements (SLAs) are developed by management. They define the client’s requirements and are used to match the cleaning team’s composition as well as the necessary schedules. The pricing structure is also included in the documentation. The objective of a SLA is to ensure peace of mind and a consistently clean and hygienic environment according to client-specific requirements throughout the duration of the contract.
3. Training
Where necessary, our staff are trained on client-specific requirements.
4. Management and Supervision
On-going supervisory management ensures that service levels are met and exceeded.
5. Review
The pricing structure, cleaning schedules and job descriptions are reviewed regularly and, if required, adjustments are implemented.
